Climate -  In general there is little difference from one area of middle Tn, to the other with only minor variations due to altitude.  We usually have all four Seasons with few extremes.  More information is available on my link to local web sites.     

Schools- This is generally one of the main factors considered for families with school age children.  To get some good information check my link to schools.

Windshield Time - Nashville is blessed to have 3 interstates which intersect in a loop around the city.  I always advise people to do a test drive to and from work so that you have a more specific idea of a location.

Lot Size - Until the mid 80's many communities required lots to be at least an acre in size i.e. Brentwood.  Now with land being more expensive we frequently have homes built on smaller lots in order to enhance affordability.

Tip:  Size of both lot and house generally increases for homes further away from Nashville.
